I love how thick the pages are in this particular book as I'm able to use both the Sipa fineliner pens and the Paper Mate flair without them bleeding through. The paper mate is definitely pushing the limit, but it works fine. The lines are the perfect brightness without being overly dominant on the page which I appreciate, and I also love that's it's pretty darn generic because I don't use it in the traditional way, so it has allowed me to customize it perfectly to keep track of a lot of complicated items. One thing that's worth noting is that this could be a 13 column book if you really needed it to be. Since the book opens nearly flat and is well constructed, those two small columns on each page come together perfectly to form another full size (13th) column, though it's split across two pages. You'll love this book if your crazy enough to need this many columns.
