Overall the light looks nice and was easy to install. That being said, you have to build the shades yourself which is kind of ridiculous. Each shade has three small rods that stretch the rattan shade into shape. The problem....problemS with the design is that you screw the rods in from each side and eventually the rod spins, and don't even try to get a screw back out. The next problem is that the rods slip through the screw hole which means the rattan does not get stretched out. I fixed this problem by adding washers between the rod and the screws. Mine also came scratched on the metal box that covered the wires against the ceiling. It works for the price but I'm bummed with the damage and issues with the shades.

I thought these would fit my kitchen , they are very nice but not for me, all is I will say is make sure you know exactly the size the lights are that u need, the item is nice and I really liked these but I can’t use them in the spot I wanted but k they may work in my basement, shipped quick , packed secure and arrived with no box or item damage , worth the price I’d say
