I ordered one of these 100 pound plates just for doing carries. I grab it and walk 400 meters alternating between front and overhead carries. It’s absolutely brutal…but I love it. Thanks!

I usually dont complain but definitely the smell is over powering for a small or even medium gym on arrival. I'll let them air outside maybe wash em down too. but ultimately still worth it, the handles are indispensable and the rubber grip is awesome to haul and move the beasts around. Pinched my finger on normal 100lb plates enough to make sure I'll always use these if I have a choice. Prob grab some more too.

The box's where obliterated and they unserimoniouly dumped them on my front walk way so delivery was rough to be expected I guess. Once I tore what was left of the box's off them was when I encountered them being covered in something oily making them very slippery so I was forced to carry each one with two hands to keep from losing grip I assume that will wear off and they well be easier to grip. Apon inspection of the plates there are some cracks/ tears in the rubber coating not sure if a defect or damage from delivery. There definitely some beefy plates well suited for me. All 4 plates have some damage to them looks like from shipping.

These were added to my already owned smith gym. Exactly what I expected and durable. The rubber helps if I bang them against my legs or something accidentally. Still hurts but nearly as bad. Also, if the weight drops it doesn’t damage the floor

Only had it for about a week now, but definitely am happy about purchase. Like all plastic/rubber plates, it does have a noticeable smell, but it seems to dissipate with time. Has a nice, sturdy rubber coating. I also had to have a plate with grippable handles, unlike my bumpers that are a pain to deal with. Best price I could find, and works as well as any other weight.

excellent grip plate. I purchased the 25, 35 and 45 pound plates(1 plate each). the rubber casing is heavy duty and the grip is excellent. the 4 way grip is an added bonus and the reason I purchased them. I use these plates like a medicine ball and it has exceeded my expectations. they have a been a great addition to my work-out routine. yes, they do have a rubber smell. I will be washing them and I expect that will help.

the plate it selves are well constructed with handy handle that you could use for lotta stuffshowever........only this 25lbs ones have bad rubber smell.........i sprayed cat s*** odor removal and chlorox in bathtub for awhile and left out sidethen wiped it with towels that i'll throw away, and its good to go.......would have been nicer if i didn't need to go through that....

We got these for a small workout room. They are not Olympic size. If you are trying to use them for Olympic lifts as a substitute for rubber weights they are a bit too small. The sizes mirror normal weight sizes. What we really like are the handles. We uses them almost like kettlebells or medballs. They have been great for that. You can grab the handles with one or two hands and do plenty of swinging and twisting movements with just the plate. Easy, transportable and much cheaper than KB or Medballs for what you can do with them.
