I have a blood pressure cuff that I use regularly and I needed a second one for a different area of the house so that I have it on hand rather than having to try to remember to grab the other one. I test the accuracy of this wrist cuff with my other blood pressure monitor and found them both to be comparable as far as accuracy. They both said the same thing. I have not read the instructions on how to use this monitor, I just basically charged it, put it on, turned it on and press the button to get it to start blowing up. Considering I did not read any instructions and it still told me what my blood pressure was, I'd say it's pretty easy to use.

I've had difficulties putting on a regular bp cuff, so I thought this would be an easier alternative. It does go on easily, but it wasn't really clear if it mattered which direction the display was positioned in. I ended up just duplicating the picture, but I had to take my watch off since they didn't show a picture of how it would look on the right hand.There are over 12 pages of warnings/disclaimers before you get to the instructions. It's not a difficult device to use, once you understand how the buttons worked. Even so, it seemed that I often just had to turn it off and on again for it to get to the point of taking a reading.Once powered on you press another start button twice (sometimes just once, for subsequent uses). I found the voice useful but there is an option to turn it off. At the end it will announce whether the reading was normal or not. While some might not like the public announcement, it was nice not to have to look up what the numbers mean.After the first reading, which seemed normal, I switched arms and got a higher reading (not good, as that can indicate artery problems). I switched back to the original arm and it then gave a high reading. I switched back to the second arm again and got a lower reading.At that point I just took it off and pulled out the regular cuff meter. Both sides normal.I gave two stars because at least the pulse reading was consistent. I will say that positioning is critical and the manual does try to guide you to the right location, but this is a common issue for this type of meter. Even though I tried to get it the right distance from my wrist joint, the results were just too off the wall to trust.

I really like this product, works as intended. LED lights are nice and it makes the numbers pop. Pretty accurate reading as well
