Tips for correct measurement
1. Remove all accessories from your wrist, if your physician has diagnosed you with poor circulation in your wrist, use the other one
2. Apply the cuff to your wrist with your palm facing up, Position the edge of the cuff about 1cm~2cm from the wrist joints, fasten the wrist cuff and leave no extra room between the cuff and your skin
3. Sit down and place your elbow on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart, and turn your palm upwards, sit upright in a chair, and take 5-6 deep breaths
4. Must relax as much as possible and not move and talk during the measurement procedure, don't cross your legs and keep your feet on the ground
Measurements may be inaccurate if taken in the following circumstances
1. within one hour of eating or drinking
2. Immediate measurement after tea, coffee, smoking
3. Within 20 minutes after taking a bath
4. When talking or moving your fingers
5. In a very cold environment
6. When you want to discharge urine

I've owned varopus wrist blood pressure moitorssss over the past few uears gut htis monitor is by thar the asiest to usel you simply wrap it aorud yr writst ad prew te o uttolIt has a nice large easy to read display that shows your systolic and diastolic pressure followed by your pulse. There's also a voice that reads your results to you and tells you whether or not they are normal. You can easily turn off the audio if you want. The unit stores up to 99 of past results for up to two users. It also comes with a plastic carrying case. The monitor runs on two AAA batteries which are not included.

This works like a charm. I use it daily to monitor my blood pressure. This is very easy to use and would recommend to others. I have, I got one for a family member as well that is used daily. It's a great buy.
