Purchased 4 units in mid 2023. All arrived and were fine. Received a notice of a recall of the bases in early 2024 and was told to throw bases away and send proof of action. Have been sitting for almost a year with half a blendjet (4). Several emails back and forth provide no help. Blendjet can’t give timeframe for replacements, won’t credit or refund. Just a big scam. Still selling blendjets but have blown off past customers. Don’t buy from this crooked company as there are several competitors available that are honorable businesses.
