Manufactured from durable powder-coated steel, this ATV cargo carrier is completely enclosed on all four sides to keep your items contained. It fits a 2" ATV hitch receiver and can hold up to 150 lbs. The basket measures 48" x 19.25" x 5", and the angled shank raises the carrier up and above most ATV exhausts (check the location of your exhaust before purchasing).

Be aware of your vehicle's suspension
Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension. Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension and prevent sagging.
Know your vehicle's weight limits
Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch. Motorcycle carriers are not recommended for use with hitch adapters or extensions.
Not recommended for certain vehicles
This hitch-mounted motorcycle carrier is not recommended for use on tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel and camping trailers.

Product was easy to assemble, but the 2 cross pieces that are intended to provide support on the upper portion of the basket. Looking at the other reviews another person encountered this and included a photo so this seems to be a common issue. Frustrating that you either have to drill it yourself, go without it, or return the product. Something this simple should be right.

Overall this unit works well. Do not over tighten the bolts, it will pull in the box steel. The rack itself is pretty sturdy and works well. I use this rack on my quad to help haul gear/deer.Would be cool if they could make a rack that is elevated more so its not so close to the ground when loaded.

Hopefully will not affect structural integrity of cargo holder... no response from Seller... Would not expect much support in future... can be drilled out with metal bit or reduce bolt to 1/3 diameter [which weakens structure].. For price, this engineering fault should never occur... doubt it is isolated event...
