The first one we bought was perfect!! But the one we just received wasn't as great all the letters are super wrinkled and the corners are coming up... I don't think we'll purchase another one from them I guess it's luck of the draw.

I absolutely love this! They did a great job! Shipment was super fast, I got it within 4 days.It’s about 11 inches high (don’t have a ruler handy but it looks slightly smaller than a ruler) material is very soft to the touch and animal is plush.I wish they had more variety of animals so I could order my other kids their own personalized ones.

Was very pleased by the results! the only thing was some of the letters aren’t in the inner ear like shown in the picture! but for the price it was overall great, and was delievered within a week of ordering! Would order again!
