Nice sturdy construction, size is accurate to what it should be. A bit thinner than other pans but perfectly serviceable. Don't know if all pans of this sort are powder coated, but turns out that powder coating is just crushed up plastic mixed with resin and baked on. I only started looking into it because on the outside the coating is not completely uniform, but on the inside its fine. I am sure it is food safe given the temperature rating and NSF certification, but I thought stainless steel would just be stainless steel. At this point though its not like I can ever fully extricate plastic from my life. Anyways, these are good useful pans for a nice price.

These are quality pans that look no different than the pans I’ve seen and used in a food service setting. They’re nice and heavy duty and are made with quality steel. I’d highly recommend them.

I recently got this Birdrock Home Stainless Steel Pans with a 6.2 qt capacity, and they have been fantastic. The size is generous, making it perfect for hosting fellowship gatherings at my place.Previously, we used disposable foil pans, but they weren’t eco-friendly. These stainless steel pans are much better option—durable, reusable, and of high quality. Each of them holds a large amount of food, so I don’t have to worry about running out during our get-togethers. The price on Amazon is comparable to what you’d find at Restaurant Depot, making it a great value for the quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make a sustainable switch!

I am a huge fan of restaurant supply stores and the durable, nearly indestructible products they sell. These steam table pans, which designed to fit into buffet line tables, are equally useful for home use. Either as mixing bowls or for serving items at a party.They are made of heavy duty stainless so you can put anything in them, hot or cold, and they can ever sit directly on a heated surface to keep items warm. These will definitely last a lifetime!

I've used tons of hotel pans in commercial kitchens, and these are a bit thinner then most, but for the price, usable. Mine came with a couple bangs and bent lips, but that doesn't matter much, I won't be using them in a steam table. They seem well made, true NSF, and stack well.Good item for the price, lots of options.

This is a nice set of steam pans. They are sturdy and I expect they will last practically forever. We are using these for food storage and as steam pans. They work as expected.

These are absolutely great and well made. thick and have some weight to them. No cheap feeling here.They work well for holding toppings, holding house hold items, or carrying things. i use them as toppings for my pizza station. they work especcially well at holding all my cheeses and veggies which can be a little much.

I use these to wash resin 3d prints before and after curing. I use isopropyl alcohol to dissolve any uncured resin, and you can really benefit from multiple stages of washing to get out all the uncured material. Stainless steel cleans up easily and doesn’t contaminate the solvents. Highly recommended
