Hair sewn to cap in a way that when you try to size the cap to your head size, the hair sewn in place doesn’t allow it. The hair should have been sewn on elastic band; to stretch with hat sizing.

I love this silly hat and wear it when I drive my convertible BMW Z4 with top down. I get lots of looks and many chuckles. This is actually my third purchase as the first two somehow "disappeared? My wife has no idea what happened to them? Hmmmm? I look like a 73 hear old hippie or a old red neck. Truly fun item. Buy (and hide it from your spouse!) this fun hat. Have fun.

It's a cheap hat with plastic hair stitched in. Works just fine for the price. Hair is thin and tangled, but probably appropriate for the look. Hat is adjustable and fits an adult just fine.
