I have been trying to find a belt like this for heavy sled pulls. I follow the Knees Over Toes guy online and I see how backward walking, or more specifically backward sled pulls can help heal and strengthen your knees. The belts I have tried in the past were either not well constructed or just sized for a toddler. I have a 36''-38'' waist. I lift. I cycle. I'm a thick guy. This was the first belt that not only fit me comfortably but could fit a huge range of sizes. I'm guessing guys up to 42'' waist or more can pull with this thing. The padded belt is thick. It fits great up against my lower back. There's an adjustable buckle on the inside to tighten it up and make the belt more secure so it doesn't slide down on you. That was the most annoying part of this -- I had to tighten that interior buckle strap and it took several minutes to find the right size. That said, once I had it sized right it fit and felt great on me while I was reverse pulling. This also comes with a nice carrying bag & 2 separate heavy-duty straps with clips on them you can attach to a sled (and your belt) to pull it with. This doesn't come with the sled. When the weather is bad, I reverse pull inside my house on the carpets and attach this to a weighted vest I own. That worked great. If you have a sled with or without handles and you can attach these straps to clips on the sled, you're in business. This is very strong and well made in my opinion. For around $40, you can't go wrong here if you're in the market for something like this.

Started to use for a couple of weeks and was using to pull a car tyre ( just the rubber)After a few weeks the belt waist clip didn’t work and keeps coming unclipped making the whole belt useless

The cheap plastic clip brakes, free soon as pressures put on it, and the belt falls down to your knees

Great lifting belt. Very comfortable around the waist, unlike traditional belts which uses the plates to hang around your waist, this belt supports itself with a strap so you don’t feel uncomfortable.instead of chains, the belt uses a soft and highly durable material. This is great for ease of use. The length of the rope is long, providing ideal breathing space, and enabling me to dip and pull-up with proper form by squeezing the plates between my legs.the belt comes with its own nifty bag, which is great for carrying other gym apparels. Overall, this is an ideal, budget friendly, dip/pull up belt on Amazon right now. I have been using this for months and it has worked out great for me. Seriously recommended!
