After lots of searching, I think I found the perfect jar to make Kefir by the gallon. I like to ferment until my kefir separates. The spigot makes it easier to drain off the whey without pouring and making a mess. The open jar has no corners so it will make it easier to scoop out the kefir yogurt or pour it into my yogurt maker for additional whey to drain off. The smooth cylinder shape makes it much easier to clean. Easy to assemble with no leaking. The stand makes it convenient, and it is sturdy.

Solid and safe feeling without any damage, this was easy to put together and would be great for get togethers. It was smaller in person than I expected, so depending on what you'd be using it for, you may want to opt for an additional one or a larger size.

I’m very satisfied with the product. The glass feels sturdy and well-made, which gives it an elegant and durable appearance, perfect for parties or gatherings. The wooden stand adds a nice aesthetic touch, making it a great centerpiece for serving beverages.The stainless steel spigot works smoothly and doesn’t leak, which is a huge plus compared to some other dispensers I’ve used in the past. It’s easy to fill, clean, and maintain, and the 2.1-gallon capacity is ideal for serving a group without constant refilling.The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is that the wooden stand, while beautiful, could feel a bit more stable. It works fine on a flat surface, but I would have preferred slightly sturdier construction for added confidence. This dispenser is still a great choice for anyone looking for a functional and attractive way to serve drinks at events.

I ordered the 2.1 Gallon dispenser. This is an attractive drink dispenser, great for hosting events. It has an attractive bamboo base which securely hosts the glass dispenser. The dispenser has a metal spigot that can be twisted to easily provide beverages. It also has a very conveniently placed thermometer in the lid so you can ensure the beverage is at an appropriate temperature. The lid has an air tight seal to keep contaminants from getting in, but also provides a silicone vent to ensure flow of the liquid.The only assembly required is to screw the spigot on to the glass dispenser. The bamboo stand and lid are already fully constructed.The product seems to be high quality and I like the appearance. I would recommend this to anyone who frequently hosts events and wants to provide beverages in an attractive dispenser.
