After 1150 miles on my Puckipuppy Flamingo I finally have the optimal seat/handlebar position just right for me. Have approximately 70 miles since adding this bike stem and feel a lot better after a 35 mile ride. On my bike the installation was straight forward and easy. The stem seems to be well made at a good price.

I don't know why bike manufacturers insist on installing non adjustable stems. On every bike I have purchased, I have needed to use on of these. The adjustment is simple, it is easy to install. Also, it is rock solid, does not feel "squirrely."If you didn't look down and see the extension, you wouldn't even realize that it is installed. Very comfortable, gave me the height and angle adjustment that I needed. It comes with all necessary tools/bolts/etc. to install it.

this product was just what i needed for my lower back trouble when i ride. good design on the adjustability. just could not get it to lock in place...returned. may try to reorder because this is just what i need for my bike. update;12/3/23 i reordered and have installed a replacement. the replacement seems to be working fine. a must have for those with lower back trouble who like to ride. no more hunching forward when i ride

I know it doesn't come with an adapter conversion clamp but it should be provided as a courtesy to the customer. It also makes a clicking sound when I start biking but this goes away soon after. I think the point joining the two stems is the root of the problem and no matter how tight I set the screw joining the two stems, this pesky noise never goes away. Also, a personal preference but a negative aesthetic is the opposite facing stem screws. Otherwise, so far it works well.
