The wrap was great until the Velcro started shedding after a wash (following the care instructions). It left behind tiny black plastic pieces everywhere which is alarming with a baby around.

I bought this during my 3rd trimester, based on all the advice on the website. Purchased the band and the extender to take me through my c section recovery. Unfortunately, it never fit me during the first couple of weeks of recovery, bc my swelling was so bad that I couldn’t fit into the band, even with the extender. After the first 2 weeks when it did fit, it totally didn’t work with my hourglass shape. The band kept riding up or bending/bunching at the back. And worse, kept digging into my c section incision.If you have a narrow waist and wider hips, this will not work for you. Notice that all of the models and moms in the photos that love this product are not curvy or hourglass shaped. I tried for several weeks and not once was I able to get through more than 2 hours with it on. Luckily, the hospital gave me a wrap that I’ve worn consistently during my now 5 weeks of recovery. I’m so extremely disappointed in this product. It was so expensive and I thought I’d treat myself to a nice product for my recovery. This was a very expensive, completely wasted purchase. I When I think of how many diapers I could have bought instead of this, it makes me sick.
