The fact that it's made to replace what had broken is what counts, but I have a feeling that somewhere down the road, the same thing is going to happen again. As far as I'm concerned the part should be made out of pot metal, not plastic. It has a natural weak point where the cable from the drive mechanism attaches to it. I can only hope that I get as much use out of it as the original piece.
