I like the size and convenience of this fryer kettle. I use it on my turkey fryer propane base, it’s as safe as you make it, never overfill with fry oil, you should never exceed 3” from the top when frying your chicken or fish. Cleans up easily, stores easily. Would recommend and buy again

Stainless steel is high quality. I use it on an outdoor, high-BTU propane burner with peanut oil and it works like a champ! No issues whatsoever.

Good quality and nothing stuck to the sides. Did not warp or bend and clean up was easy. Upgrading to a stainless steel pot is definitely worth it.

It's a nice heavy pot only thing it would be nice if it had a slot in the lid for the basket which I will be modifying. Otherwise it's the best pot I ever had

This is a good combo overall but not great. The fryer basket is great, large, well made but could use more drain holes in the corners. The pot is large and pours well but is too thin at the bottom which makes it warp easily under heat. It is not flat and on an electric range it can resonate and vibrate violently which is rather scary with hot oil. I’m looking for another different pot but not so thin on the bottom. That is hard to find. The bundled thermometer is useless because it is too short for the pot. I use a 12” Taylor instead and it works but you need to clip it to the basket with a small paper clamp..Nevertheless the pot and the basket are a good upgrade for me.

This pot is big. I'm so glad that deep frying alot of fish and chicken together will be great without pieces sticking together

This is a beautiful stainless fryer unit. I have used it several times and really like it. The stainless may be a bit thin but it is exactly what I would have expected for the cost which was relatively cheap for stainless. It certainly is thicker than the aluminum unit that I had previously so I'm a real fan. The handle was little tricky to install as there are no instructions but I am mechanically inclined. I figured it out and popped it on with a screwdriver and small set of pliers in about three minutes. I delayed buying this unit because of an extremely negative review that I read. I couldn't be more happy with it after going ahead with the purchase.
