This is light-weight and easy to install. It has time settings and 3 light hue settings as well as a dimmer. I use it in a bedroom and so it’s only used intermittently in the evening for an hour or so at a time. So far I cannot speak to battery life. It comes with two chord lengths. The only thing I don’t like it having to use a stool to get to the plug-in. The magnet is pretty strong, so removing it to recharge has loosened the brackets from the wall. We used the anchors provided but the brackets are not in studs. Overall it has achieved what I hoped without spending hundreds on a hard wired light with a chord. I would recommend it. Also, the first one only came with one bracket but a replacement was delivered promptly.

light is nice and bright with diff. mode. Easy to setup. 4 stars because the remote that came with the light didnot work. I even replaced a brand new battery and it didnot work.. Other than the remote, I really like the light.

High quality light, we absolutely love it. It highlights art that we have on a shelf. We love the fact that there are no wires to deal with. One charge lasts over a month of daily use. Highly recommended.

This picture light is high-quality and beyond my expectations. I wish it also came in gold to go over another picture in my bedroom. I realize gold may come in shorter links, but this would be the ideal size. Maybe they will get the message and make them in different colors. But this one does work perfectly over my picture that has a black frame. I leave it plugged in at all times and only turn it on when in the mood.

I'm a fussy 80+ old engineer and I have to congratulate the designer and maker for a top quality product. I bought two. One for a 30 x 30 painting and one for 48 x 60 not knowing how large an area it could cover. It is great for the smaller painting but not long or bright enough for the larger one. I am returning the larger one wishing it had worked. It's very well thought out, easy to install, and works as stated. It's one of the few, or maybe only, similar sized units that can mount on the back of a painting's wooden frame rather than drilling and mounting on drywall or plaster. The battery strength indicator works well and the detachable magnetic mounting makes recharging easy.

Like the different light tones and brightness levels you can select using the remote. Illuminates a large picture quite well. Easy to charge.
