This thing looks cute and holds a ball well... however, the little wooden ring in the middle is not very sturdy. Broke as soon as my daughter put a ball on top. Now, granted, she might have pushed the ball down with a little too much force and that forced the bats to stress the ring, but she's still young and not that strong! Maybe it's her fault, maybe not. Either way, it's fragile. Was disappointment to have it break so soon. Perhaps they should put a metal core in the ring or something...
