Banko ware is one of the ceramics and pottery, and is made of petalite for excellent heat resistance. It is famous as the production area of earthenware pots, which is about 80% of the nationwide.
It is a representative local industry in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, and has been designated as a traditional craft since 1979 (1975).

プリンを作るのに、カラメルをレンジで作ったところ、陶器の器は割れてしまいました。この商品ならと思って購入したところ、サイズもちょうど良いし、レンジでカラメルを作ってもビクともしませんでした。

ドリア皿で検索して出てきたので勘違いしたが、浅いのでドリア皿にはならない。よく見たらグラタン皿だった。そして小さい。1人分というより副菜？ これは別の用途に使って、別のを買い直します。
