Perfect fit and fixed the squeak that I thought was caused by the tensioner pulley or water pump. This did the trick, and Bando has good prices.

Exact fit for 2003 Chevy Silverado 4.8L with 150A alternator. This is the 2365mm belt. Even with with this belt it was still a snug fit and I had to keep decent torque on my tensioner, but it was the ticket for a replacement on an older belt.

Used this belt to delete the smog pump on my Mercedes 190e/300e motor. Belt is ever so slightly wider than a stock Conti belt for the Benz but it works great and I got rid of that 15lb lug on the front of the motor.
