  • 2 Solid Aluminum Band Saw Table Inserts, Fits: ROCKWELL/DELTA Milwaukee Band Saw, Dimensions: 2 1/2" Diameter X 3/32" Thick, Fits Most Delta Models and Many Other Brands. Diameter approximately 63MM
  • Replacing the platen provides better support, stability and precision for the workpiece being cut.
  • Before purchasing, measure the saw table inserts on your bandsaw to make sure your bandsaw can accommodate 2-1/2" diameter inserts.
  • To lock the board and prevent it from rotating, metal punches can be used on the edges of the board to create bumps or nipples on the right or left side of the board.
  • Due to slight differences in the size of the board holes in the different models of band saws that use this board, it may be necessary to lightly sand the edges of the board to fit.


Note-1: A Metal Punch can be Used on the Edge of the Plate to Create a Bulge or Nipple on the Right or Left Hand Side of the Plate that will Lock thePlate and Keep it from Spinning. Note-2: If your Bandsaw Table Plate Cavity has a Indexing Pin. A Notch will need to made in the Aluminum plate to accommodate the Pin. This can be done by a Hacksaw or the Bandsaw itself and will not hurt the blade, the plate being aluminum. It will then Stabilize the Plate and keep it from Rotation Because of the Slight Variance of the size of the Plate Hole in the different Models of Bandsaw's,that use this Size of Plate, there could be the need to lightly sand the edge of the Plate for the Proper Fit

Best quality I have found, way better than the plastic ones, fit the Delta bandsaw table like original...I do take a nail set or punch and make a couple dings in the edges of them so they won't pop out..good quality

The circle itself fits perfectly into the recess on the bandsaw but the slot for the blade isn’t exactly perpendicular to the circumference and causes significant rubbing/deflection on the back of the blade

Fitted well onto Band saw table. liked the slot width but not long enough due to 3/4 band saw blade.Will give 5 staRS IF HARDER ALUMINUM. MATERIAL.

This Insert Plate fit my 1930's 14 inch Delta Bandsaw exactly and the width of the blade slot was the perfect width for the blade I was using. The fit was precise. My old Insert Plate was badly damaged from years of use. I'm glad I was able to replace it.
