Bought this because my other waffle maker finally died on me. This is so easy to use, the perfect size, and I love that it makes mini waffles instead of big ones (my kid's preference). It has held up well so far and so easy to clean!

No timer/auto off function. Must time cooking yourself and open or unplug to stop cooking.

Easy to use with some good recipes, better to make your own dog treats as they are much better for dog. Easy to clean, we apply olive oil so treats won't stick.

came broken :( I got a refund but they discontinued them I guess and I couldn't get another one. They didn't want it back so my husband duct taped the casing and we used it. Worked great! Fantastic even but every time we opened the lid a little more of the casing would break. after about 4 times the casing around the top finally broke all the way off. Loved it though

I like the Way the waffle iron looks and I like the size of the little waffles, especially when we're serving the grandchildren whose appetites are not huge. They cook up pretty quickly and if I put Pam or something on the surface, they come out very well. You have to be careful to only put a certain amount in there or else they come out as one big square. This is not a big deal. I'm happy with the purchase and it's great for when you have parties or company to make mini waffles.

Heats up quickly and evenly. Read the directions to better understand the lights for timing. Excellent size for making mini waffles! Makes more than 8 at a time. Not too small (similar to size of mini Eggo waffles).Backstory: We've been trying to make healthier food choices for our kids & had swapped out traditional breakfast cereals for protein-rich options. My youngest loved the Kodiak brand mini waffles, but they've recently been missing from my local grocery stores. I decided it would be easy & more affordable for me to make our own mini protein waffles. I use Kodiak's pancake/waffle mix and avacado oil. I also use a squeeze bottle to accurately fill the waffle molds (don't overfill or the waffles cook like a big sheet) and I use coconut oil to lightly grease the waffle burner between batches. I add a vanilla cinnamon sugar mix to the batter to mimic Kodiak's cinnamon mini waffles. I'll make 2-3 batches, let them cool, and then put them in a gallon sized freezer bag so my boys can pop a few in the microwave to eat with breakfast.
