I was disappointed to find that there were missing items excluded from the bag. When I reached out to Amazon customer service, I was directed to Ayla & Co customer service only to be redirected back to Amazon. Frustrated on the customer service and product support on what is being marketed as a higher end, quality diaper bag.

This backpack has been a game changer! I got it for my third and it is wonderful! It has two pockets on the outside for cups or wipes and it unzips all the way down on the sides which makes getting this so easy! Also.. it’s gorgeous and easy to clean!It can be a backpack or you can pull the strap easily to go over the shoulder so my husband doesn’t mind carrying it either! Either way is comfortable!

We are loving this diaper bag so far. I was really on the fence as it is a bit more spendy. But it was definitely worth the money! I love the material, size and the color.

First time parent, and I wanted a bag that was stylish and high quality but didn’t compromise functionality. I love the all the pockets, zippers, and accessories. Everything has a place in this bag! I haven’t needed to use it yet, but the inside unzips from the bag and you can wash it. My favorite feature is the way it goes from a backpack to a bag with the shoulder straps. Overall, I would buy this again and recommend it to other parents!

Absolutely adore this diaper bag. It’s gorgeous in person. It is definitely worth the cost. I got beige, and I was worried it would stain easily and I am so happy to report that after using this for 6 weeks it still looks brand new.
