After washing it once or twice they taste like soap, I didn’t get why my son didn’t want to eat so much but then I took a bite and all I could taste was soap! I tried boiling them in hot water to get any soap residue off but it didn’t help unfortunately.

I’ve always bought these spoons for all 3 of my babies and continue to love them so much! They are soft and easy to use and I love that they aren’t plastic.

These are great. The wood handle is long and easy to hold for mom and dad. The silicon tip is soft and makes it easy to gently scrape any food that misses the mark off the kiddo’s face.These are the right size for mom and dad feeding the infant (5 months old). They are too big for our son to hold himself until he’s older.

The product is exceptional however the packaging and cleanliness of the spoons gets an "F" grade.Whoever sent the spoons sent them loose in a padded envelope. The spoons were dirty when we opened the envelope. These spoons are not cheap and should have been sent in a original package separately like the other spoons that we order from Avanchy's website. An "F" grade for Amazon is unacceptable and I would like a response. I am sure Avanchy would like to know who is sending their products this way.Thank you for listeningan amazon customerJay Johnson

I love these spoons! They're a great size to introduce foods and I love the design. If you despise handwashing as much as I do, you won't love that they can't go in the dishwasher. And they're on the higher end pricewise. Oh, the things we do to respect the planet 🥰🌏 These make me smile to use because you can tell a lot of thought went into them and they are high quality. I'll probably be buying the bowls and plates as well.

These are great little spoons. I love the wood and silicone combo, it makes it super easy to clean. The handle is comfortable and let's face it, they are beautiful baby utensils. My only gripe is that the spoon was a little big for him to start out with, he'd get food everywhere. At least with the silicone it made it easier to swipe the food that missed his mouth off his face. He was born premature so even starting the introduction to food at seven months, he was still really little for his age. (I think we introduced food right about the time 6m clothing wasn't swimming on him, it was just sort of big.)

I was looking for some spoons for my baby that were silicone and easy to hold. These are great! They wash well (we hand wash ours) and they are soft on his gums. The spoon end is a bit large for his mouth at 6 months, but there's room for him to grow into them! I have a feeling we'll be using them for a while. Plus, he likes to hold onto the spoon and when he does, I don't have to worry about any sharp edges. I would say these are great for babies just starting to eat purees.

My son loves this spoon and I love it more. He doesn't have teeth yet so we feed him pureed fruits and vegetables.He loves to hold it, not the proper way yet.The silicone is so soft and yet the spoon is sturdy and has a great shape for infants.

These bamboo baby feeding spoons are amazing! The handles are beautiful and sturdy. The spoon portion is soft and brightly colored. My daughter is just starting solids at 5 months old and they are great. Easy to use to wipe extra food from her mouth, soft to they don’t scratch her. Long handles make it easy for me to feed her and she will be able to use them on her own to feed herself in the future. Love that they are not made of plastic. Looks great and works greater!

Our 5 month old baby eats with this spoon alone and enjoys chewing it. It’s perfect and great quality, we have used it in the dishwasher and it’s been great.

My little one little little loves these. I am using them for our weaning journey and my son has a good old chew on the silicone. Nice long handles so we can both hold onto the spoon.
