First off, the product is very thin. I was hoping to use it as a protective bumper, but it feels like it would crumble under even a moderate impact. Does it look good? Yes. Can you use it as a step? Yes. But it didn’t meet my needs. I’m deducting two stars because of how thin it is—I’m not confident in its durability.

This is the second one of these that I have purchased. The first one got pretty bent up when my truck was rear ended. I was hit very hard from behind and was driven about teen to fifteen feet forward. I was afraid to get out to look, thinking that the damage was going to be huge. I was totally amazed to see that all I had were a few scratches on the tail gate. The bumper guard had gotten pretty bent up, but it saved my truck. I immediately ordered a new one. I wouldn’t be without one. It’s amazing!!!

Very sturdy. Would have given it five stars except end cap was off upon delivery and I had to use gorilla glue it to keep it in place.

After less than a year with it on my vehicle and zero use so far, the step pad has already peeled up showing the double sided tape underneath just like everything else……This universal step bar is a piece of junk! Don’t waste your money! Everything the company brags about who makes this step bar all lies came in the box bent, pad peeling off. We actually contacted Oto dynasty privately with two emails within two weeks and got no reply. Stay away from this company and this piece of junk listed! Jim

Got a new van, it did not have a step bumper, but it does have a trailer hitch. This thing is perfect. The shackle included makes it solid as a rock

My Yukon Denali is black and this powder coated black step bumper matches the car perfectly. It is Strong, Sturdy and should last many many years. As for "Sheerness", I have no idea why that is a rating... How do you get Sheer from a very heavy metal step bumper??Overall it is a Great product and a very good price. Well Done!
