I have yet to install the product, but I got yesturday and it was scratched pretty badly. Just a little bubble wrap wouldve prevented that. I loaded it and noticed that the viewing window doesnt have dessicant right up against the glass, there are two holes about 1/2 and inch behind the glass, where only two beads are visible. Looking into it to determine the color is going to be difficult.
