Probably a grat product but delivered much later than promised so I had to make other arrangements and send them back.

After turning the head diameter down to 13.5mm on the lathe, they perfectly fit the connecting rods on my 1999 AEG 2.0L Volkswagen Golf. Better than paying $20 per bolt at the dealership, and you get two sets since the 4 cylinder Golf only requires 8 bolts.It only required 24 ft-lb to reach the stretch requirement. After the third re-torque to set the threads, I measured the roundness of the big end only to be surprised that all measurements were within 0.0005". I couldn't feel a lip where the cap and rod met, so no need to send out to the machine shop to get resized.

These worked well on my 1989 f150 302 rebuild. You will need to have a shop check that the rods are still round and you may need to have the rods machined. It cost me $80 at a local shop.

I have no complaints about this product but it lost one star for not mentioning that a stretch gauge is needed to take full advantage of the bolts. It gives a general torque setting if you do not have the stretch gauge but I suspect that doing it that way would be little better than using stock bolts.
