I purchased this brake booster on Aug. 2024 for my 2001 2.7 liter Tacoma pre-runner. OEM booster no longer available. Item looked great and packaged nicely. Also liked it looked just like the OEM booster Painted black as most aftermarket boosters for my truck are only available in a dull silver/gray finish. Because I do all the mechanical work on my truck, install wasn’t to bad and only took about 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately this booster doesn’t have any stopping power. I got cut off by another driver a couple months back and almost had a collision because my truck wouldn’t stop. My OEM booster had a vacuum leak so it needed to be replaced but the truck still stopped on a dime. I would not recommend this booster. I tried calling the company quite a few times but no one answered. Now I can’t return or exchange this part.
