I have a replacement on the way so could be a bad part, but mine came with a broken black cover over all the electrical components. I’ll update if my next part is better.

It's an exact replacement in terms of dimensions and fitting. You have to get the placement of this motor correct for the reciprocating cycle of the wipers to work right, but no problems after about a year.I've bought other parts of this same brand and never had any problem.

Does not have park feature . Not for gm vans . Will fit , and , has all other features ( high , low speed ) .Also delay / intermittent works ; plugs right in . Just will not park blades when turned off ; so , do not waste your time trying to adjust cam setting .
