I purchased this item about 9 months ago and it failed miserably. Living in Phoenix, AZ I hardly open windows and this one has been opened no more than 10 times. The other day I heard loud crack and one of the wheelies broke and the wire housing also got damaged and wires got scrambled. I would expect more life out of something like this. Also not sure if there is warranty and if is worth pursuing.

Got it back in March and didn't even last 6 months. Won't honor what add says for replacement want you to pay. Junk don't bother

My third regulator in less than a year. The plastic roller keeps breaking. No dealer option available. I hope this one lasts longer than last.

I ordered this to replace my OEM drive door regulator on a '12 Dodge Ram 1500. The part is definitely not OEM quality. It's a bit flimsy compared to the original (less stiff and more flex in the plastic panel). It installed correctly and aligned with the OEM mounting points. I installed the OEM motor with no problem. The glass fit into the channel guides just fine too. Overall, it would have been a very good panel for the price. HOWEVER, the plastic glass guides that ride in the metal channels snapped after only 4 months of very light use. I'm disappointed in the lack of longevity given the OEM panel lasted for 12 years until it broke (and yes...the aftermarket panel was installed correctly). I'm going to check if there is a warranty for the part. I may have a bad version of this part (thus I gave it 2 stars and not 1 star). Give it a try. If you get a long life, it's a great price.

Just remember to move over some of the original parts.So I installed this worked great. Window went up and down about 20 times and the thing failed again like the oem. Save your money and buy the oem part from the dealer.

I purchased this regulator for my 09 Dodge Ram. I was surprised how easy it was to install. I just needed to switch a few items from the old one to the new regulator. Took me about 30-45 mins to install.

Last week the window didn’t come back up. Pulled the panel and saw that the cables had jumped their pulleys. Cable was mangled, so I straightened it as well as I could and reinstalled. Window didn’t come back up again today. Haven’t pulled the panel yet, but it sounds the same as last time.
