Bought to replace the original 30+ year old; frail and split air intake hose that was causing a slight vaccume leak. Fixed the leak and looks exactly the same just newer *wink*

It is practically the same sort of rubber material used on the intake hose for my 1UZ. Feels pretty solid and decent. Will it hold up for 20+ years like the original did? Maybe not. But honestly you can't beat it for the price. I was genuinely surprised at the quality. It doesn't have the little "humps" that the original hose clamps use as "dowels" but that really isn't an issue because it'll still clamp regardless. They're tight. Really tight. I had to sorta stretch out the end of it with brute force for a minute or so to allow for it to get onto the MAF housing and the intake box. This is definitely a plus, very satisfied. A little spit and some elbow grease and she'll slide right in. :^]
