I bought this thinking it couldn't be super great for around $20, but was I wrong. This is built like the $50 ones you buy! Very good material that will hold up to all the stretching and extremely high quality velcro. Sleek enough to wear under clothes as well. A great buy!

I wear a standard size 2/4 in jeans and ordered a medium. I’m so glad I did: this works really good and provides a tight snug fit.

If your looking for a true to size this isn’t it especially if your plus size go up a size and if your 3x or 4x don’t get it ijs

I got this to replace my previous waist trainer that lost it shape after a month. This one works well however I recommend using a compression board underneath. It does this indent thing in the middle and looks like it’s collapsed in the middle . The board resolved its issues and I’ve had no other issues.

It is made of good material, breathable and comfortable to wear. Helps with posture too especially lower back.

I really like the longer length and how the top strap is shorter for a tighter ribcage squeeze while the lower hip strap can accommodate curves. Has great stretch on the elastic and I love that I can wear this waist trainer all day in relative comfort while molding my body into a sexier hourglass shape. I do a lot of bending and lifting as a reseller so I find this much more flexible and comfortable compared to wearing a corset all day. I still love my corsets , but this is a great option for days when I need more flexibility while working or working out.

This is my 3rd waist trainer. The first one I got was similar in design to this one but instead of Velcro, it had the little clasp buttons and I hated ever putting it on. From there I thought I needed to have one that also went over the shoulders so it didn’t slide down. That one was okay but not very comfortable in the armpit area. So this is my third one, comparing to those other two styles- and by far the easiest and most comfortable. I have found for all 3, you need to wear a sports bra with them for maximum comfort. Having a wire padded bra with any waist trainer is funky. I am 5’3 125 pounds and the small is fairly small. It works for me but if you are near 130-140 lbs or over 5’3 you will certainly need a medium.

The waist trainer is good quality but it’s a little big. I wanted and needed something smaller to help give me that hourglass figure. I wished the Velcro section was just a bit longer so that I could tighten the trainer more. The trainer is a good thickness. I may have to return and try to find another brand with an xxs size.
