Sprung a leak from one of the cores in only 9 months. Fitment was only okay, had to bend a couple of the tabs around to fit the mounting grommets. Overall didn't really work out.

The welded seams are great. I got this order on time and installed it yesterday. Everything fit perfectly with no adjustments needed. It was so well protected for shipping that absolutely no damage was found. Thanks

I ordered the unit with the electric fans. While the radiator itself seems well built and installed easily, most of my issues were with the installation of the fans. The description includes "Direct fit". It is not a direct fit for my 1999 Dodge Ram Diesel. The factory fan shroud includes mounts for the coolant recovery and washer fluid bottles. The replacement fan shroud that comes with the electric fans does not include these mounts. Extensive modifications and fabrication are required in order to overcome this. The manufactures was no help. When I asked what other customers do, the reply was "I suggest you find a professional to install it".I wound up ordering aftermarket coolant recovery and washer fluid reservoirs and fabricating custom mounts for them. Also, the temperature sensor that controls when the fans turn on and off was not correctly calibrated. It turns on at 172 degrees, not 180 as described. This results in the fans running all the time once the engine warms up. The seller sent a replacement that turned on at 169 degrees.Anyone ordering the unit with electric fans should be aware that a significant additional investment of time and money may be required. As suggested in the video that accompanies the product listing, I am installing a separate relay for each fan, as well as a direct "on" switch on the dash that will power the fans directly, in case the temp sensor or relays fail. The only problem I had with the radiator itself was that when installed, the drain pet cock was touching the turbo trans cooler outlet tube, and the pet cock could not be opened. I replaced it with a plug that allows for draining the radiator by removing the plug.

For the value this rad works great it’s a direct bolt up I have had zero issues for the past few months I did notice my temp gauge is a tiny bit hot on day to day driving nothing concerning even with that the truck stays cooler that ever when pulling around the Colorado mountains

Good clean unit, fit well, one ear was bent just a bit from the shipper dropping the box at some point but was easy to fix. Much better unit that the factory plastic. Truck runs cooler and can idle as long as I need it to with no issues.

The first one I ordered was from Alloyworks, it was damage & had to returnit, so glad because it was lighter in construction & the core coolant passages were small than the factory three core unit I removed, it also had a made in China sticker. This unit is heavier & the coolant passages are as big as the factory unit, I am very pleased.
