This help me complete the lowriders I wanted to build for my kids. I chose to build them using 16" Schwinn Roadsters and man o man does it do the job. They were a little short fitting into the neck so I had to trim about an 1/8" off the top and bottom to the necks for both. Luckily Schwinn over builds their bikes and the had chrome caps that I could tap out and put back in after trimming. You would never know it was done if I didn't say it.

I got what I expected for the money, absolutely no complaints. Bike turned out great and is quite the conversation piece. Everything fit and functions as it should, just don't expect high end bike parts.
