Purchased in August and had an issue with a leak, went directly to Alpine customer service and they were top notch, walked me through a few items to check, confirmed the issue, and within days sent me a new one. Product is as shown and is a beautiful fountain. Glad to have them stand behind their product 100%

I received the Tiki fountain quickly. It was just as pictured, a beautiful addition to our emerging Tiki garden. It worked great for two weeks, and then the water stopped flowing through the Cigar and tongue. Also, there was leaking from the second bowl, directly back into the water reservoir, and water was leaking from the second bowl onto the outside of the surface of the fountain. I looked for clogged lines/drainage or loose tubing, but I could not find any. The fountain itself was not leaking from the structure. I contacted the company and within a very short period of time, they sent me an entire new unit! This new one has been working on a timer beautifully. To hopefully avoid paint chipping, I covered all drainage holes and coated all exterior fountain surfaces with a clear rubberized sealant. I recommend Alpine fountains highly for quality products and five-star follow through customer service!!

First off, the fountain looks great - just like the pictures. It's sturdy, but it's also light enough to move without much trouble. And it's easy to set up - simply connect the tubing to the pump and plug it in. What's even better, though, is the company is standing by their product even when they don't really have to. Due to a delay in my landscaping project, the fountain sat in the box until after the warranty period ended. Naturally, once I finally tried it out, I discovered a leak. My repair attempts failed and I feared I was out of luck, but I wasn't, as the company has stepped up and offered to replace the fountain. On top of that, customer service has been very responsive. When I called the first time, I was immediately talking to a real person. For subsequent contacts via email, I have received a quick reply each time.

Love the look of this, very tropical and fun. However, purchased 4/18/23 and probably actually unpacked and put to use 3 weeks after, already all cracked and faded where the water sits in each "bowl".Edit: updating my review as I also advised the product seller of my issue and they have issued a replacement for me. They were very quick to respond and to remedy the situation. I'm impressed that they took ownership!

This is my second fountain i have purchased made by this company and just like the first it takes a bit of tweaking to get it working right. The drain holes in the second blue tier are not large enough which caused it to overflow to the ground and no water to come out through the mouth and down the tongue. I had to make the first drain hole larger and then drill a bit through the tongue drain hole AND pull some of the hose through out the mouth as it was way too long inside which caused it to kink up so i had to cut a few inches off. The lights are kindof just sitting in the holes so if your not careful they will fall through and you will have to feed them back up. Luckily my hand is small to be able to reach inside and do the repairs needed. As others mentioned the paint does come off really easy and noticed some coming off after a few days and more as i have had it. All in all its a cute fountain if you are up for the work to get it going.

I have five other fountains. This one is my favorite. It’s fun, colorful, and works really well with a large reservoir and no leakage. Don’t think about this one. Buy it! ---- ok so i didn't submit this yet and now I have a maybe don't buy it ---- first of all i payed with klarna so i make 4 payments and then i own it --- well i've only made one payment and it's peeling --- COME ON!!!! - does no one make or have pride in what they make or sell?REVIEW PART TWO -- I told the company that this fountain peeled as within just a couple of weeks of using it and they did do they right thing and sent me another one --- so the picture above is the new one and AGAIN within just a few weeks it's just peeling --- for over $200 - I expect to have this product for years not weeks, not just functioning but looking good as well

Was very excited when I saw pictures of item on Amazon. Item was cute when it arrived. Started cleaning and noticed not well made but still cute. When I went to clean some of paint chipped off. Could live with that cause it was on back. Then went to fill and noticed water leaking from bottom. No holes just coming out. I can’t live with that so it’s going back. To top it off I threw box it came in away so I have to pay UPS for box to return. Not happy. My advise don’t buy.

What a beautiful fountain, this thing is amazing and not one drop of splash water ever hit the deck (so impressive, engineered extremely well). The only major issue is; we've had this fountain for 10 days and allready the paint is coming off. This is not a UV problem that some people have mentioned because it's UV coated from the factory and it's guaranteed agains color fade for one year, we were going to use some UV coating spray on it next year to retain the color however the factory paint and UV coating doesn't even stick to the cast of the fountain after 10 days of use and that's a serious problem. I believe this is from insufficient mold release being cleaned from the surface before painting I've seen this before on replaced new car bumpers. Perhaps if this Fountain was used indoors this wouldn't be a problem I don't really know it's just very odd. Other than that we love everything about this fountain and I guess we'll just have to find a way to repaint it.

Looks nice, bigger than I thought it would be but it either leaks water or sprays it. Trash, it's on its way back shortly.
