I've been looking for a new medic alert bracelet for a long time. The clasps normally open up on their own. So I was hesitant about this one but the clasp is sturdy and will last a while. As for the engraving, it's a little small but it definitely does the job

After a 5-minute shower the red medical alert symbol peeled off. There was no indication that this icon is not waterproof. WHAT - no showers, no pool ?

I have developed some life threatening issues that have sent me on ambulance rides.Knowing they can get all emergency info ( front and back engraving) if Im consious or not has been a real peice of mindThs quality of the metal band amd the engraved plate are excellent! Multiple sizes available and many styles.It a bracelette I would wear anyway. Not it can save my life too.The price id a no brainer

I have to wear a medic alert bracelet at all times and have doine for several years. - This is by far the very best one that I have had ! It fits wonderfully, it doesn't slip around so the alert symbol is always showing, which is reassuring. The engraving is clear and concise and enabled me to list all of my various allergic reactions and breathing difficulties. I am so reassured by the strength and fit of this bracelet and the clear signal it gives to anyone having to deal with my health issues.Delivery was fast and efficient and I also received a free emergency medical card and wallet with the bracelet.I would recommend this product to anyone that needs it.

This bracelet is heavy. I purchased for my husband who is a dialysis patient among other health issues and the bracelet is well engraved. I like that there are multiple lines available for info in addition to adding an emergency contact on the back (under) side of the bracelet. Cons: Lost a star because the clasp would not stay closed. My husband "lost" the bracelet multiple times around the house when cooking, using his computer, etc. Also, lost a star because the band / chain is VERY heavy. This may be an issue for some who like a lighter weight piece of jewelry or those who have weakness and don't need or want something heavy on their wrist. I took the band / chain off the engraved part and re-attached a new chain from the craft store. This made for a much more comfortable piece to wear and one that stays securely in place.
