decent customer service so far and sturdy so much better than the particle board ones so frequently sold, the locking feature is nice plus they include steel dividers, would purchase more in the future

The cabinet was damaged the first time and the replacement was worse. Between the two of them I was able to get one that works, but had to straighten the frame so the drawers would open and close. Overall it was cheaply made & not worth the price I paid for it. Should have bought it locally! I would give it zero stars if I could.

I love this file cabinet! There is a lot packed into this cabinet. It is on wheels so it moves around easily from one side of the office to another plus can lock into place when necessary. Also, designed well so you can pull out the drawers & not worry about it tipping forward. Can't beat the price for all this cabinet has to offer!

Bought this through Amazon from "BuyOnlineNow" for about $155 free shipping. Arrived in perfect condition.This file cabinet looks good in my apartment. Doesn't stand out and shout office! Nice paint finish is semi-gloss charcoal (dark) gray. Construction and steel is good but not high end heavy duty like "Steel case" or other more expensive heavy use equipment.This is a letter size cabinet that will fit legal hanging folders with the included bracket. (Legal Folders fit sideways (down the length). Locking mechanism is basic and keeps out curious guests, children, etc. A thief could pop it open easily.I am happy with the purchase and would buy it again.

I would like it better if I was able to pull all three drawers out fully. Only the bottom drawer fully extends and I knew this when I ordered it but I did not realize how much space in the smaller drawers was compromised by this. I was replacing a damaged file whose drawers fully extend and were actually longer, but this will do. It is very well made and looks nice in my office.

I had my doubts about ordering a file cabinet over the internet and having it shipped. Nobody wants a dented cabinet gracing their office space.All-in-One Office Product received my order on Monday and on Tuesday at 11:00am the cabinet was delivered to my front door. Are you kidding me !!! The 74-pound carton did not even have a mark on it. Upon opening the box, the cabinet looked perfect as though it just came off the assembly line.All-in-One Office Product is the BEST..... of course my UPS driver is pretty cool too....Oh, and Amazon ain't bad either.

My workplace has used these cabinets for years, and when need arose to have a file cabinet at home, I chose this one on the criteria that it might just survive a cross-country move. The build quality is fantastic, the drawers solid and smooth. There's no "booming" or flexing in the side panels like with less expensive file cabinets--it behaves like a solid piece of furniture. It comes with a drawer partition for either of the top two drawers as well as an organizer tray. You can have wheels (two of which can lock) or no wheels.The 19" depth is perfect beside a 22" deep computer desk. It stands flush, with room for a power strip behind to hide all of the black spaghetti.

This product is great for home or business but don't buy from Shoplet (in my opinion). The product came bent and without casters to make it mobile. Tried to contact the company but no response...the product looks used...BEWARE!!
