Overall it seems like a great bit but it is too narrow for my horses mouth and the shanks are practically in her mouth. Did not work for me.

Excellent. Well made. Moved my horse down from a TWH walker long shanked bit to this short shanked bit and he really loved it. The mullen mouth creates an easy comfort over tongue and bars and doesn't hit the horse's palette.
