Looks like it does in the picture, but doesn't fit if you follow the size guide. I don't imagine this could fit an adult unless they were very short and thin. I got a size up for what it recommended for my height and it was still way too short to get on.

Comes vacuum sealed so the teeth are all messed up and pointing every which way when you open, but was able to fix them with about 30 seconds of pressure. A little pricy for what it is but comes exactly as advertised.
