My thigh measures at about 17 inches and although the listing states that these could go to close to 24 inches that is not accurate at all. After trying to slide one up my thigh I only got barely above my knee and it would go no further, and I had to remove it. The next issue was looking at the construction. I noticed that the loop around the metal hardware wasn't even sewn together they just used fabric glue. So of course, when I tried to use the other one as a choker I only had it on for 10 minutes before it just pulled completely apart and rendered that useless as well. I do not consider this a quality item, and I do not recommend.
