The product works well but the product pictures are misleading. The product does NOT come with a wingnut or washer. I think the seller needs to write that this product does not come as what is pictured.

Works great for mounting lights directly to my ADJ LTS6 and my Chauvet CH06 lite duty lighting stands using the yoke attachment. Perfect so many applications.

As with many others before me, I bought the American DJ FS-1000 spotlight and it requires a tripod stand adapter. I purchased it via Amazon Prime and appears to be of high quality. The metal is blackened and dull in appearance, not shiny as shown in advertising, which I think is a plus. I'm sure it will do the job adequately.I have provided photos of everything included. Unfortunately, the stand adapter does not come with all the necessary fasteners. Amazon images show a washer and wingnut included. However, you will need to purchase a size M10 wingnut and M10 washer yourself to complete the assembly.I am surprised no previous reviews noted this. Since the item is new and came in a sealed package, I believe the manufacturer decided to lessen their product cost and mislead buyers to think the hardware is still included. It would have been appropriate for the seller to note in the description exactly what is included.
