I am a baseball player and it works great, protects my giant ham-hock I call a leg! It falls down a bit while a run, but that is more me and not the product itself.

These fit perfectly! I have thick thighs and legs so I got an XL because L was too tight. I use them to guard my knees and shins during caving and they feel great! I washed and dried them, they are still holding up after 4 caving trips. I will totally recommend. For a measurement reference: area right above knee has 16 in circumference. Length of guard ends about 4 in above the ankle and that circumference is about 11 in. When I'm caving, they slip down sometimes, but stay put more often than not.

These are great so far. I'm not using them as knee pads though. I'm using them as shin guards. The opening for the back of the knee fits my calf perfectly and the coverage is from the top of my ankle to just below the knee which is great since I'm playing third base in a 50+ softball league. They stay up fine and I have no problem running in them (well, if you call what I do running). I do wear loose fitting baseball pants over them. Our pitcher uses them too!

I generally take a small to medium. II didn't find a size chart with the product, so after reading reviews from someone who was 6 inches taller than me and 40 pounds heavier saying the large fit her well, it seemed the small should work. Nope. I received my order within a week, but it was so small, I couldn't get it over my knee. I'm exchanging for a medium and crossing my fingers.

I bought these for work. And they are great, they just rub the back of you leg.. other then that they work great
