Better than I expected. I think I saw these are a frequently returned item but purchased them anyway, not expecting much. They were packaged well and arrived with no breakage. They are actually pretty thick and I am very satisfied with them.

The material feels durable and long-lasting, making them a great reusable option for frequent use.However, you should consider that standard 8.5 x 11-inch printer paper will need to be cut and modified to fit properly inside the holders. The slot is slightly smaller in width and height, so each nameplate requires some manual trimming, which can be time-consuming, especially if preparing multiple name cards. Additionally, while standard copy paper works well, thicker cardstock can be difficult to insert, limiting the type of paper that can be used effectively.Despite these minor inconveniences, the nameplates perform their function well, are clear and easy to read, and add a professional touch to meetings and events. I bought these for board meetings at work and all the board members appreciated them. Our meetings are fairly informal but this gives us a little more professionalism and is helpful when new members come on. I didn’t use a template - just a little trial & error with Microsoft word. I also just printed them on regular office paper & cut down with scissors. It was nice to be able to use these without needing anything extra. They arrived in good shape. No breaks or scratches. They stack/nest, which makes them a bit easier to store them.

I normally use heavy marble name plaques but we've had some large meeting that required more plaques so I went ahead and ordered these. My execs and Board are getting ready for a trip as well so I don't have to travel with the crazy heavy ones this time! They are very versatile and light weight at the same time. I recommend for casual meetings for sure.
