2011 Silverado had original brakes. Needed to use some of my old parts on the drivers side. Star wheel adjuster did not match.

As Joe Jack said, the factory build actually uses 2 LH adjusters . You will have to re-use one from your truck, and put aside the new RH adjuster, since it is threaded to spread open going the wrong rotation.
