First unit was DOA, now I have to wait another two days for a replacement to arrive, and hopefully it's not the same issue.

Genuine Microsoft replacement!!!! It’s identical to the one that come factory. Easy to replace, and you’ll be back in the fight in no time. I bought an Xbox Series S for $65 from Value Pawn and the previous owners were absolutely disgusting. Tobacco all inside, dirt and roach poop. But it did work. Once. Then I find this absolute treasure on Amazon and THANK GOD I DID because it saved my step daughters birthday.! Not one negative thing to say about it.
