My oil alarm was going off and I couldn't find the reason, the issue was the float sensor, replacing it fixed the alarm.

Guys all you have to do is take off the security washer and flip the float up side down. This float sensor is made for a variety of engines so just do that and problem fixed.

I received my part on time and as stating in the ordering process. The part fit as designed.The sensor was faulty and the part would alarm out no matter what the oil level was in my tank. I tested the sensor with and Ohm meter and discovered that the sensor's circuit was closed no matter where the float was positioned so the alarm would sound all the time.This supplier's response time was excellent and the return process went smoothly.I would use this supplier again as they stood behind their sale and accommodated my need of getting the part returned.

I had the same problem that a lot of other people had. The magnet isn't strong enough and he alarm wouldn't stop.
