This furnace blower motor is just what I ordered. The delivery of the first motor was delayed so North America HVAC sent me another one. It was in new condition. The first motor eventually showed up and North America HVAC provided me with a new shipping label to return it to them. I highly recommend North America HVAC.

Lasted just a few days. Sealed bearings lubricant was dry, causing the motor to seize.

I bought this as a replacement blower motor for my furnace. The previous motor had lasted for eighteen years. This one died after 18 months and the warranty on it is only 12 months, so I'm hooped. I am currently in the process of purchasing another motor and paying to have it re-installed so I'm out not only the cost of the motor but the cost of re-installing a new one. This is very poor performance. Buyer beware.
