This is a beautiful, solid, and well-constructed photo album. It's the kind you want to use for a real "keepsake" treasure chest to keep your memories safe, but accessible. I like the look and the feel of it. It's easy to use, so it's not time consuming to arrange your photos and make them look good. So glad I took a chance and ordered this!

Loved this album/scrapbook and bought it in multiple colors. The black does not feel like linen. It is more like shiny nylon and that’s not my thing.

I often purchase books like these at craft stores where I can view them in person before buying them. However, I took a chance on this one and I was not disappointed. It is a very nice quality book and I plan to use it for some family photos and memories. It is sturdy and elegant and I would not hesitate to purchase another one should I need to gift. It would make a lovely baby shower gift. Additionally, if one wanted to use it as an inspirational gift, they could print out sweet sayings and include them along with the photos.

I have been creating scrapbooks for a long time. Perhaps, this kind of scrapbook has been out for a while, and I just missed it. If so, very sad, but over the moon that I found it now. In the box you get one scrapbook (I got the 12x12 scrapbook) and four sheets of picture corner stickers.I ordered a black album because I like a linen cloth cover, but I do not like the linen cloth look. I was not disappointed. On the black album, you cannot see the grain of the cloth. Yay! The scrapbook is lightweight (for now) and sturdy. There is an easy access slit on the back of the front cover to slide in a photo or design for your front cover. Works as expected, but I was happy that it has a plastic pouch rather than just the typical front plastic protector. It makes it way easier to put a design in and pull it out without damaging it. When you open the scrapbook, the book lays relatively flat, no matter what page you are on. HUGE design plus!Then there is the very best part - inset pages!!! Finally, I can layer and build up my photo pages without having to worry as much about whether the book will close when I am done or having to pull the entire book apart so that I can add more rods to the binding to expand it! I never did the three ring binders because I thought they look cheap. I am thrilled about all the possibilities this design has. I am already envisioning filling the 10x10 square with my favorite craft papers and then decorating the borders with thin washi tapes or stickers. Because the center binding of each page is essentially seamless, you can tape, paint, or sticker right over the center seam! My one concern is that there are no page protectors to keep facing pages from rubbing or sticking together, so that might end up being problematic if the pages are not rigid enough to hold their shape over time.I am not going to say much about the picture corner stickers. They function. I would only use them for decoration, and if you want them to hold your picture in long term you are going to have to glue them down with something more adhesive than the sticker backing, but most of them are like that.

Good quality! However returning because the pages are a glossy material and am concerned pen/markers would smear.
