This is a pro-grade, steam table pan. You've seen them before, and what you get is exactly as you'd imagine. It's high-quality, fit and finish is commercial-grade, and it looks and functions perfectly. It's kind of hard to be excited about a pan, but it'd be really easy to get upset about one. This one delivers and is ready for professional use.

This is exactly like the pans you would find in a Hotel/Restaurant Buffet Bar. Heavy Duty and excellent quality. Lid fits well and all edges are finished nicely with no sharp edges. I highly recommend this Pan.

I ordered this to use at home and don’t have a lot of commercial kitchen gear. The stainless is a little lighter than a couple of bigger pans that I have, but this pan is small and it should be great in use. It might get banged up in a busy commercial kitchen.This should be useful on a griddle for warming butter or syrup, as a water pan in my smoker, or to serve sauce or gravy from on a stove or counter it’s a nice size to stash some leftovers or small amount of marinated meat in the refrigerator. The lid fits well.

This is a nice insert pan for home use. The weight of it is lighter and it is not stamped for NSF when compared to commercial pans used in restaurants neither of which matters for home use. Lid fits nicely and is designed not to slide around when moved but it is made of lighter stainless and will require care not to bend . For the price these are nice pans for the home kitchen.
