This is a nice-looking glass specially designed for a significant birthday. In my case, this is for my Husband's 70th birthday this year. He likes whiskey and I know he will enjoy celebrating his birthday with this glass.The glass says 1955 VINTAGE Limited Addition Aged to Perfection. The perfect message for this special occasion.It is well made of sturdy glass and the design is laser etched so it should stay on the glass. The product description is a little confusing. Product care instruction says Hand Wash Only. Yet, the product description says - This mug is heavy, durable and can withstand repeated washings, and is dishwasher safe. Hmmm! Conflicting instructions. I will stick with hand wash only in hopes the laser etched design stays on the glass.
